Industrial Air Filtration (IAF) is looking for a Sr. Engineer to help refine, develop, and support new product development and release.

A successful person in this role will be driven, collaborative, and detail oriented as this role generally is involved in a variety of projects.

IAF product details and specifics are plentiful so the ability to dig into information and draw conclusions and / or next steps will be imperative.

Main Role Responsibilities :

Supports IAF New Product Development Engineering to drive development & testing of new products and enhancements

Development of test plans and coordination of on-site lab testing

Leverage expertise and technology available within other businesses or to the broad market to support development or testing needs

Own and execute the IAF Engineering accelerated product development (APD) deliverables

Collaborate with other functions within the IAF business to develop an understanding of market and application needs as it pertains to product development

Create presentations and / or technical reports to convey status, results, findings, and recommendations tailored to specific audiences

Coordination of prototyping efforts levering both internal and external resources

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field

5+ years engineering or related experience with general knowledge of filtration principles and / or local exhaust ventilation systems.

Preferred Qualifications :

Strong Communicator - Liaise between aftermarket, plant, engineering, corporate technology, and product management teams.

Thrives in a collaborative team environment

Self-Driven & Motivated - Ownership of responsibilities, projects, and actions. Willing to learn and take on new challenges.

Able to work with limited supervision

Organized - Ability to maneuver through and manage multiple projects ranging in size / scope

Travel : Up to 15% travel is associated with this role
