POSITION SPECIFICS

Location of Position : New York, NY

Start Date : January 6,

Program Length : Four-year program; option to apply internally for any open positions as program completion approaches

Office Requirement : Investment Analysts are required to be in their assigned office 12-16 days per month

Base Pay / Salary : $80, / year

Additionally, offer includes sign-on bonus and you will be eligible to participate in firm’s Annual Performance Bonus program.

INVESMENT ANALYST PROGRAM

Investment Analysts (IAs) collaborate within a team led by Investment Directors to provide investment and capital markets research, analysis, and advice to our clients.

In this role you can gain broad exposure to the private credit market landscape, corresponding manager strategies, and portfolio construction principles on integrating it into client portfolios.

This position is dedicated to the Pension practice within Global Investment Services. In this team, the role has a specialized tilt towards credit knowledge and private investments.

The Opportunity :

  • Work alongside a pension private credit Investment team (within US and Europe), providing advice to clients across the pension practice and firm to support investment teams in the private credit asset class
  • Responsible for supporting the development and execution of client materials, analysis, and knowledge of the asset class-specific expertise to investment teams
  • Responsibility for 6 to 10 clients, including portfolio oversight materials preparation and certain client communication
  • Develop comprehension in manager investment diligence process
  • Ability to attend meetings with clients and top-tier investment managers
  • Analysts must be self-motivated and disciplined to always maintain high professional standards due to the sophistication of our clients and tight deadlines as required

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative / finance field with a record of high academic achievement, 3.3 GPA minimum
  • Deep interest and curiosity in building a career in credit investing
  • Relevant investment and credit experience through internship or professional work at banking, investment or capital

markets-related firm

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Background in capital markets, financial modeling, credit, commercial real estate loans, and corporate credit is preferred but not required
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent with MS Office suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship or restriction now or in the future
