Our client, a fast-growing food manufacturer, is searching for a tactical, bilingual (Spanish) Plant Manager in the Brockton, MA area! Key responsibilities include aligning the business with industry standards and creating operational efficiencies across the organization.
This person will work closely with a variety of stakeholders and will be focused on the daily operations of the plant, with a focus on streamlining policies and improving procedures! Qualified candidates will have supervisory experience leading teams.
Some qualifications include :
- 4 7 years of experience in an operational leadership role in manufacturing
- Bilingual : English / Spanish preferred
- Strong plant operations and leadership skills
- Experience growing and developing a team, and adept at building processes and procedures
- Ability to analyze critical processes and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong communication skills and flexible team player with a roll-up-the-sleeves attitude and a hands-on approach
