Overview Expected pay for this position is $30.58 - $35.98 / hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.

POSITION SUMMARY : The Behavioral Health / Trauma Recovery Specialist is responsible for direct patient care within their scope, providing individual and group therapy sessions for clients trauma / therapy needs.

This includes, but is not limited to, comprehensive intake assessments, treatment planning, promoting patient progress with goals, coordinating and implementing options and services across the continuum of care for clients.

Responsible for coordinating on behalf of the client the delivery of care at the appropriate level of care which will optimize clinical outcomes and satisfaction with services.

This person will effectively manage a patient caseload and demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care that is appropriate to the assigned patient population.

Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS : Education : Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family, Mental Health, or Human Services.

Licenses / Certifications : LPC, LSW, or MFT (Marriage Family Therapist) Experience : 2 years minimum direct patient care experience Other : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
