One of our top property management and real estate clients is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Specialist that will support the Senior Director of Marketing Activation & Optimization in the execution of campaigns and strategies within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. The Marketing Manager will serve as a subject matter expert in marketing channels such as email and text / SMS. They will collaborate with operations / field / tech on implementing customer journeys across their entire lifecycle.

Responsibilities include :

• Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns across channels including email, SMS and push notifications
• Serve as subject matter expert for Marketing Tech Stack
• Optimize campaigns by maintaining best practices across all channels
• Collaborate with marketing team to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns
• Project manage marketing requests, providing regular updates and reports
• Make recommendations to management regarding improvement and development of processes, metric visibility, and standard operating procedures within the Marketing Tech Stack
• Utilize reports and other tools to strengthen the partnership with market leadership and communicate opportunities of improvement
• Assist with copywriting or design on creative projects
• Support projects in support of brand and business needs
