WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

We're seeking a creative, collaborative

Creative Director / Copywriter

that doesn't shy away from a challenge. This person should have a collaborative, team-oriented attitude, be pro-active, and have a strong voice to manage and lead their projects.

This person will successfully build client's business in close partnership with Group Account Director(s) and Creative Directors / Art by providing sound, innovative, strategic leadership and initiatives.

They will establish and maintain senior client level contact and association leading to positive and effective relationships reporting into our Chief Creative Officer.

Responsibilities : Develop and maintain client-valued relationships as a strategic thinker and problem-solverEnsure productivity of work flow within copy.

Review all creative work to ensure that it is on strategy, and review concepts before presentation to client.Provide detailed direction for creative solutions as needed.

Help facilitate both the input and creative meetings on an as needed basis.Possess the ability to thoroughly communicate knowledge of all assigned products.

Conduct, attend, and / or monitor performance reviews of all members of copy department to encourage, motivate and improve staff performance as needed.Requirements :

10+ years experience in the creative industry.Ability to provide creative directions as well as overall leadership for strategic and account direction.

Ability to establish client relationship and act as a creative leader for the client.Track record of winning pitches and awards.

At least 5 years of supervisory experience.Exceptional communication skills : verbal, written, interpersonal and inter-departmentalSuperb professionalism and mature presence in all aspects of team and client relationship building.

Thought leadership; a strong point of view; ability to contribute to strategic development of an assignment; creative ideas and the ability to promote conceptual thinking among the teamA strong ability and experience in leading, directing and managing a group of cross-disciplinary teams.

Strong deck writing and dynamic presentation skills.

$250,000 - $290,000 a year

The base salary range is $250k - $275k and benefits.
