About this Position
The Licensing Analyst is responsible for processing certain workflows, managing licensing renewals databases and accessing and utilizing third party licensing and renewals data.
The analyst will use the knowledge and skill associated with these responsibilities to create efficiencies in the renewals processes through analysis, review and modification of current systems and workflows.
The specialist will work in a team environment.
The estimated salary range for this role : 50 - 55k with benefits
Responsibilities & Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS
- Required 2-3 years of experience in similar role
- Some college or Associate's degree
- Knowledge of insurance license process.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Knowledge in : Access and / or Excel
- Ability to write or learn to write queries
- Strong computer skills and proficient with MS-Office software
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with leaders and associates at different levels with di verse duties
- Ability to self-motivate and work in an interdependent team environment
- Strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask
- Ability to set priorities and deliver quality work under tight deadlines
- Ability to identify problems and formulate solutions for problems
- Ability to cross train and train others
- Available to work all high production days (month end / end of year)
