Commercial Litigation Paralegal (In Office Position!)

Our client is seeking a

Commercial Litigation Paralegal

to join its legal team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and research skills, experience supporting attorneys through all phases of the litigation process, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Position is in Garden City and is hybrid (4 days in the office)

Draft, review, and proofread pleadings, discovery requests / responses, subpoenas, and correspondence.

Conduct factual and legal research, including reviewing statutes, case law, and regulations.

Manage and analyze large volumes of documents, including e-discovery and production.

Bachelor’s degree and / or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred.

~3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in commercial litigation.

~ Proficiency with legal research tools (e.g., LexisNexis, Westlaw) and e-discovery platforms.

~ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
