- Review and draft routine legal documents
- Create and maintain case files
- Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders
- Conduct legal research
Qualifications
- At least 2 solid years of family law experience as a legal assistant or paralegal
- Bachelor's degree, Paralegal certificate or 10+years of family law paralegal experience
