About the Role :
As a Transitional Living Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping young adults transition from the structured environment of residential treatment to independent living.
Your leadership and expertise will guide them towards self-sufficiency and success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Program Leadership : Oversee and manage our transitional living program, ensuring it is aligned with the needs of young adults facing acute emotional and behavioral challenges.
- Individualized Support : Provide personalized guidance to program participants, helping them develop essential life skills and achieve independence.
- Life Skill Development : Create and implement workshops and activities focused on financial literacy, job readiness, housing, and other crucial life skills.
- Collaborative Approach : Work closely with counselors, therapists, and external partners to provide holistic support to young adults.
- Progress Tracking : Monitor participants' progress, adjusting program strategies as needed to ensure positive outcomes.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree : bachelor’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences, such as social work, psychology, or counseling and or experience
- Experience : Two (2) years working in a residential treatment environment
