MOBILE PHLEBOTOMIST / MEDICAL ASSISTANT - INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR POSITION

COVERAGE FOR ALL OF BERKS COUNTY :
We looking for a Self-motivated, Reliable & well-organized Mobile Phlebotomist / Medical Assistant for insurance medical exams and blood draws in Berks County.
You can make your own hours in the mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, and choose which days you are available for work.
You can set your own schedule in the portal and receive cases that are in your area of coverage. It's highly flexible, has good pay, and is paid twice a month for services completed.
Training is provided, but must have your own equipment such as a BP cuff reg. and large, scale that goes to 360 lbs., metal tape measure, clipboard, and centrifuge.
Pay for completed services / cases ranges from $24.00 to $45.00 depending on the service for that case. Bonus travel expense mileage paid over 34 miles for a single case to one location at .65 per mile.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Collect blood and urine samples for insurance clients, perform specialty draws, and accurately label all specimens. Centrifuge specimens if necessary.
- Obtain physical measurements and document health histories.
- All specimens are shipped via FedEx from your residence or an authorized FedEx store.
- Call clients to schedule and confirm their insurance exams, as well as specialty blood draws.
- You must be computer-knowledgeable and able to input status notes daily and upload paperwork to the portal when clients are seen for their exams.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Must Pass a Urine Drug Screen & Background Check
- Proven Experienced Phlebotomist / Medical Assistant
- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
- Excellent customer service & communication skills Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

- ExamOne supplies you with kits shipping labels and extra needles as needed. We supply sharps containers and will dispose of filled containers that are dropped off at our Allentown office.
