LSSI is hiring a full-time Associate Executive Director that administers complex Child Welfare Programs for an assigned region. Benefits and Perks :

Essential Functions :

  • Administers a complex regional child welfare system with programs at multiple sites.
  • Responsible for development and management of a Regional budget.
  • Consults with senior management staff in key public and private agencies.
  • Oversee the development of new programs in assigned region.
  • Serves as member of senior network management team.
  • Provide direct supervision, training, support, review, and evaluation for assigned staff.
  • Ensure job duties of the team and direct reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and / or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest and fair manner.

Position Qualifications :

  • Masters’ Degree in social work or related DCFS / COA acceptable degree.
  • Minimum of three (3) years complex management experience required.
  • Holds or is in the process of obtaining licensed clinical social work (LCSW) credential or its equivalent.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent organization, presentation and pc / computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other related software.
  • Background check clearance, both criminal and CANTS required.
  • Valid IL statutory minimum liability insurance coverage, bodily injury, and property damage required.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing for the state of residency required. Access to reliable transportation required.
