JOB DESCRIPTION :

The DRIPBaR at Alamo Ranch SATX is under construction and we are looking for motivated wellness and sales coordinators to join our team!

The DRIPBaR is dedicated to the health and wellness of our clientele and uses safe, cutting-edge treatments backed by the latest research and data.

We are taking the driver’s seat in an emerging, med-spa style, industry that is changing the way people view healthy living.

When you step through our doors, you’ll find a relaxing environment, a friendly team, and an innovative approach to preventative and supportive healthcare.

As a Wellness Coordinator, your role involves guest services and sales. You will be expected to lead in an exciting and focused way as you welcome our clients in and set them up to take advantage of various wellness modalities including vitamin IV infusion, leg-compression therapy, HaloTherapy, Red-Light Therapy, and more.

As a Wellness Coordinator, you will innately understand our full menu and all memberships options and help people obtain their health goals within our med-spa environment.

We are looking for a team-player who is eager to learn and grow with us. To be successful in this role, you should be highly organized and able to manage clients with grace, even during peak demand.

Ultimately, you will help boost our reputation by building friendly, trusting relationships with customers.

JOB HIGHLIGHTS : A. QUALIFICATIONS

A. QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Customer service : 1 year (Preferred)
  • Have exceptional verbal, written communication skills
  • Stellar social skills
  • The ability to discuss Intravenous, Intramuscular, or adjunct therapy offered onsite
  • Recognize and respond to potential problems
  • Take initiative to solve problems independently and creatively
  • Strategically manage time and multitask as needed
  • Maintain composure when things go wrong
  • Be prompt and always prepared
  • Remember key details as multiple people make verbal, hand-written, and emailed requests
  • Work quickly, but accurately with attention-to-detail
  • Exceptional ethics and integrity
  • The ability to understand learn and understand Point-of Sale software
  • Ability to work independently in all settings
  • Able to work collaboratively with both co-workers and clients
  • Must follow directions well, and be proficient in multitasking
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Applicants MUST be able to commit to Saturdays from 10am to 6pm
  • 2- weekend (Saturday) shifts per month minimum
  • 2- shifts per week minimum

B. BENEFITS

  • Pay : $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
  • Employee discount
  • Flexible schedule : Store Hours are Monday Saturday 10am-6pm
  • Shifts will be determined prior to store opening but possibilities include but not limited to : 8hr, 6hr, 4hr shifts and / or Per Diem
  • Expected hours : 8 24 per week

C. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing office communications fielding organizational phone calls, emails, and traditional mail
  • Collaborating with others to help plan events and initiatives
  • Scheduling and managing clients
  • Maintaining contact lists
  • Answer phones with fantastic phone etiquette, including upbeat tone and articulation
  • Representing office interests in relationships with external associates, including vendors,
  • consultants, and clients
  • Tracking and ordering office supplies
  • Handling incoming and outgoing packages and mail
  • Creating reports if needed
  • Greet Guests and Members with warm, welcoming, and positive energy
  • Schedule appointments, check Guests and Members in and out, and collect payments within our robust software system
  • Assisting the nurse when appropriate with vital signs and discontinuing IV’s
  • Updating client’s chart with history, allergies and appropriate notes
  • Providing basic social media, email, and review support
  • Take pictures of clients for social media
  • Present / sell membership programs to new guests and retain members through excellent customer service
