SUMMARY
Responsible for supervising the maintenance technicians to assure that equipment repair and maintenance is completed to support the successful operation of the facility.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Supervises the maintenance department & employees to provide effective diagnosis, repair and maintenance to support equipment up time on all shifts.
- Coordinates preventative maintenance to minimize machine & equipment down time.
- Monitors all safety requirements including but not limited to Lockout / Tagout in order to assure compliance.
- Ensure necessary machine repair items are stocked in the MRO crib.
- Compete activities to ensure all equipment runs at expected OEE values.
- Identify, coordinate, and execute shutdown activities as required.
- Support cost savings initiatives
- Allocate appropriate staffing to support plant needs
- Communicates regularly with maintenance technicians to direct maintenance priorities.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
- 15 years of manufacturing experience
- 5 years supervisory experience
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises hourly maintenance technicians.
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year + Bonus - ESOP Company!
