Qualification / Responsibilities :
- Must possess an unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse
- Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university
- Conduct and Coordinate the development and completion and the resident assessment (MDS) in accordance with current regulations and guidelines
- Must be experienced in PDPM, MDS coding, insurance updates, care planning
- Long-Term Care Experience Required
- Assist in completion of patient discharge
- Auditing the resident assessment (MDS) and care plan for completeness and accuracy.
- Develop, implement and maintain a quality assurance program resident care plan (Case Management and Care Planning)
Shift & Wage :
- Full-Time Opportunity Available
- Shifts Needed : 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm
- Wage : $43.00-$46.00 per hour (pending on experience)
- Sign-on Bonus : $2,500
