Our global law firm client has a fantastic entry level opportunity for an Attorney Recruiting Assistant located in their San Francisco office.
If your plans are to attend law school in 2-3 years that is no problem. The Attorney Recruiting Assistant has a daily contact with lawyers, management, and staff in the firm.
Our client has a flexible hybrid schedule of 2 and 3 days in the office every other week.
Responsibilities :
- Assisting in planning the summer associate programs in San Francisco and Silicon Valley, including events, and coordinating summer associate arrival and departure dates.
- Facilitating the end-of-summer exit process.
- Partner with career services and faculty to promote the firm's profile and network with former summer associates.
- Assist with implementing recruiting strategy.
- Coordinate lateral associate interview process, start to finish.
- Coordinating on-campus interview process from registration to interviewing schedules and collection of feedback.
- Preparing expense forms and check requests, as needed.
- Coordinating campus outreach events to market the firm.
- Assist with pre-employment and onboarding of attorneys and interns.
Qualifications :
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- 1+ year of administrative support experience, ideally in a professional services or law firm environment.
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to work well with all levels of firm personnel and establish effective working relationships.
- Creativity, flexibility, adaptability are essential.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Focus on providing white glove customer service while working in a fast past environment.
- Flexibility to work additional hours, as necessary.
Salary : Up to 55K. Top benefits package.
