Key Responsibilities and Duties of the Financial Analyst :
- Generate financial statements, annual plans, forecasts, and various managerial or regulatory reports. This includes analyzing operational outcomes and providing written analyses.
- Scrutinize and process expenses related to job functions and accounting transactions, adhering to internal control protocols and company policies.
- Skillfully interpret and apply relevant accounting standards, statutory regulations, and contract provisions related to financial and accounting transactions.
- Create and review journal entries to maintain precise financial records.
- Actively participate in year-end audit procedures.
- Engage in special projects and conduct necessary analyses.
Preferred Experience for the Financial Analyst :
- Hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
- Possess CPA certification or be actively pursuing CPA qualification.
- Accumulate 1-3 years of experience in a related professional setting.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to dissect complex issues and propose effective solutions.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills for effective interaction with individuals at all management levels.
- Display proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with various accounting software systems.
