We offer a competitive pay range, with annual compensation ranging from $35,000 to $50,000 . This position will receive a variety of benefits, including vacation time and paid holidays, as well as a company phone, an iPad, fuel reimbursements, and a vehicle or car allowance.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

This position will work a regular schedule of 7 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM, Monday - Friday .

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

Your days will be filled with exciting responsibilities like meeting with homeowners and potential clients to review their desired work.

You'll also schedule and attend pre-planning sessions with contractors, ensuring that everyone is on the same page before the project kicks off.

And let's not forget about the pre-roofing meeting / inspection you'll be the go-to person to ensure everything is in place before the roofing work begins.

But your role doesn't end there! As a Project Manager, you'll be the expert in managing projects to meet targeted schedules and costs.

You'll keep a keen eye on progress, ensuring rapid project close-out and turnover. Your exceptional organizational skills will shine as you maintain job site records, daily reports, delay requests, and weather reports.

And when problems and issues arise whether technical or contractual you'll be the confident problem solver, resolving them with ease.
