Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for an Electrical Foreman in Atlanta, Georgia.
Electrical Foreman Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation for the Electrical Foreman in Atlanta, GA is between $28 and $33 per hour.

Electrical Foreman Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day field operations of project, which includes manpower, safety practices, hiring and firing of field personnel.
- Manage high rise residential and data center projects.
- Communicate job progress and any changes in scope with project manager.
- Coordinate all electrical work with other subcontractors on jobsite.
- Assist estimating team with pricing and any scope changes and change orders.
- Ensure project is running safely, effectively and on schedule.
- Ability to monitor and instruct electrical team of best practices during installations and progress.
- Ensure quality control throughout project.
Electrical Foreman Qualifications
- Ability to read and understand construction blueprints, specs, and contract documents to fully understand electrical scope of work, scheduling, and contract requirements.
- 4+ years of experience in running electrical commercial, mixed use, and multifamily projects with electrical budgets of $5million+.
- Experience managing labor and installation of crews of 5+ electricians and workers.
- Must have a stable work history, no more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years.
- Natural born leader takes the bull by the horns attitude.
- Must have an excellent understanding of NEC codes.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
