Responsibilities
Manage a team of Associates monitoring construction, transfers, and hazard loss related activities as well as Associates responsible for the direct oversight of heightened risk agency multifamily loans.
Lead ongoing risk analysis across the watch and criticized portfolio, ensuring timely risk detection and appropriate monitoring.
Oversee the preparation of action plans in support of resolution strategies while enforcing default remedies under loan documents.
Provide on-going training and development to Associates and collaborating on risk mitigation related asset management experience preferably in managing Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac multifamily loans.
Subject matter expert on Agency Multifamily Asset Management.
Ensure processes and procedures are maintained and adhere to lender requirements to drive process improvement and ensure operational efficiency.
Building solid partnership with internal Bank partners from production, risk, servicing, underwriting, technology and others.
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 7 years of experience inmercial real estate
At least 7 years of asset management experience with managing Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily loans
At least 7 years of experience managing a team
Preferred Qualifications :
At least 10 years of experience inmercial real estate
At least 10 years of asset management experience with managing Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily loans
