Senior Director, Commercial Analytics

Sr. Director, Commercial Analytics will lead marketing and sales analytics for the oncology division. This role will be pivotal in the design and development of the commercial analytics hub and will lead insight generation to drive successful commercialization of relacorilant in oncology.

Responsibilities :

• Create and execute a secondary data analytics plan to :
• Provide insights into the patient journey, patient / HCP demographics, treatment, and market access landscape
• Inform field-force strategy, sizing, and targeting
• Establish patient longitudinal claims analysis framework to analyze :
• Treatment transition and choice across lines of therapy
• Metrics on persistence, compliance, payer mix, rejections / reversals, and out-of-pocket costs
• Identify and onboard data sources to support the launch in ovarian cancer
• Partner with vendor partners and internal stakeholders to :
• Design and build the oncology BI environment
• Integrate data from multiple sources, including SPs, SDs, secondary data, CRM,lab, EMR, etc.
• Collaborate with field leadership to develop :
• Fieldforce size and structure
• Finalize territory alignments
• Robust and competitive incentive compensation plan to facilitate successful commercialization
• Lead the design and build-out of the commercial reporting eco-system
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize requirements for the commercial reporting eco-system
• Work closely with technology partners to select and implement the appropriate tools and platforms for building the eco-system
• Hire, manage, and onboard a team based on the achievement of gated milestones to support product launch

Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Technical Proficiencies :

• Proven track record in leading sales and marketing analytics teams, leveraging deep knowledge and experience working with diverse pharma data sources, including IQVIA, Symphony, and Komodo, Sales and Claims datasets
• Strong familiarity with Databricks, Tableau, and Business Intelligence tools, with familiarity of building data warehouse infrastructure
• Skilled in translating complex insights into actionable recommendations that are easy for stakeholders to understand
• Natural curiosity and problem-solving ability, with a focus on improving operational efficiency and addressing key business challenges
• Self-motivated team player with demonstrated leadership capabilities, skilled in fostering high-performing teams
• Proven ability to provide strategic and tactical advice to stakeholders, leveraging a consultative mindset to understand their challenges and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs

Preferred Education and Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years of relevant experience in commercial analytics / forecasting with increasing responsibility and scope
• 5+ years experience in Biopharmaceutical industry
• Proven ability to build and lead teams

The pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this headquarters-based position is $227,000 - $267,100; the pay ultimately offered may vary based on legitimate considerations, including geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
