Position : Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM EST 9PM to 6AM PH Time
Holiday : PH Holidays
Salary Range : $1000-1600 / Monthly

We currently have 4 different businesses.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a financial planning & analysis manager, you will help with financial planning and analysis to help optimize the financial performance of our various companies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Perform underwriting for various potential real estate investments
Create and maintain financial projections for our various businesses
Create financial projections for new business ventures
Create and maintain consolidated P&L across all rental properties
Create and maintain financial KPI scorecards
Analyze financials and identify opportunities for profit margin improvement across our various businesses
Improve company financial systems, processes, and best practices.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS :
At least 2 years experience in Real Estate Accounting / Financial
Excellent to Good Communication skills
Experience with rental property P&Ls
Experience with small business P&Ls
Understanding of a balance sheet
Strong real estate investment property deal underwriting skills across residential and commercial properties
Strong financial projection / forecasting skills
Strong financial modeling skills
Understanding of capex with rental properties
Understanding of depreciation with real estate properties
Understanding of long-term vs short-term gains
Strong knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritize tasks in a self-directed work environment
Love of creating and improving processes to increase efficiency
Experience with payroll processing systems (e.g., Gusto)
Tools : QuickBooks, Slack, GSuite
NICE TO HAVE :
Understanding of 1031 exchanges
Understanding of bonus depreciation
Understanding of cost segregation studies
Understanding of how commercial loans and underwriting work
Rental Property Experience
