Key ResponsibilitiesProvide inbound and outbound customer service support to candidates via phone, email, and chatAct as the first point of contact for candidates, resolving issues by coordinating with internal teamsAssist the delivery operations team with administrative tasks and ensure adherence to company protocolsRequired QualificationsAt least 1 year of experience in a professional, virtual contact center or similar environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, Salesforce.
com, Zendesk, or similar platformsAccess to a personal computer, headset, and reliable internet connectionFluency in French Canadian and Spanish is preferred but not mandatoryAbility to work 4-6 hours per day, Monday-Friday, excluding major US holidays
