Highly motivated, detail oriented, team member with strong basic math skills or accounting abilities in a professional, result-oriented group responsible for the operational administration of the Hanford Site benefits. The work scope includes :
- Preparing pension benefit calculations for plan participants.
- Accounting for annuity and lump sum retiree payments.
- Processing monthly file for annuity and lump sum payments.
- Invoicing retirees for insurance benefits.
- Maintaining electronic participant records.
- Running diagnostic Crystal queries used to maintain database integrity.
- The successful candidate must have the willingness to learn PeopleSoft HRIS and Crystal Enterprise. software systems and calculate retiree benefits using Pension Plan document rules.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma -or- equivalent.
- 3 years of related work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated communication skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
Desired Qualifications
Experience with PeopleSoft and / or Crystal Enterprise software systems or similar enterprise software systems desired but not required for consideration
Compensation & Benefits
Grade 4 : $43,125 - $54,375
Grade 5 : $47,450 - $59,850
Grade 6 : $52,150 - $65,750
