Budgeted Salary : $75,000.00 to $100,000.00

Who We Are :

NEID Global) is a national network of over 180 internationally oriented donors. We host 50 plus events a year tailored to create a dynamic safe learning space where our donor members can learn, inspire, connect and act together to address the worlds big problems.

Position Summary :

NEID Global is looking for a creative, personable, and internationally minded staff member to join our growing team! This addition to our team will not only be a key player in broadening the reach of our vibrant community of global changemakers, but will also be an integral player in strengthening connection and community between our members.

The Network Engagement Officer will spearhead engagement within NEID Global’s member network; regularly communicating with members, prospecting new members across the country and connecting members to one another.

This is a highly flexible and people-centered role that involves creatively expanding NEID Global’s network to reach international donors across the country.

The Network Engagement Officer will also have a deep understanding and comfort using Salesforce as they will collect data on our members in our Salesforce system and keep our records up to date in order to analyze and present membership data effectively.

As part of a small team, the person in this role will work closely with the Executive Director, the Strategic Partnerships & Creative Director, the Senior Program Associate, Hub leaders and the Co-Chair of the Board in a comprehensive and hands on ways and provide support to any additional programmatic and administrative tasks as needed.

Your expertise in strategic membership cultivation will allow you to :

Grow and sustain an exciting and diverse community of internationally oriented donors across the country.

Work with the full NEID Global team (ED, staff, hub leaders, Board, members) to reach annual targets for acquisition of new members and the retention of existing members.

Ensure world class experience for all members from their first point of contact with us through to renewal.

Your skill as a leader and your innovative membership engagement techniques will allow you to :

Cultivate meaningful relationships with all members and prospects as you serve as key point of contact, managing the day-to-day delivery of the membership and community building functions of NEID Global.

Communicate with members regularly and effectively, ensuring that their feedback is listened to and acted upon.

Maintain up to date systems and tracking relevant to the management of membership and for prospecting. In particular work with Program Associate to manage and input member data into NEID Global’s Salesforce database

Manage and engage Membership Committee together with the Board Co-Chair of Committee.

Lead the planning and organizing of all NEID Affinity Groups.

Assist with fundraising and outreach to find external support for NEID Global.

Assist with all stages of event planning and execution as needed.

Key Qualifications

Preparation, Knowledge, Previous Experience :

Minimum of 5-8 years of experience working in a fundraising role, with a membership organization or working in the international development and / or philanthropy space.

Bachelor’s degree required. Masters preferred.

2-3 years of Salesforce experience with a deep understanding of it’s functions and processes.

Experience with program evaluation, data entry, analysis and reporting.

A passion for and experience in international philanthropy / international development / social innovation.

Skills, Abilities, Competencies :

Personable, welcoming and articulate team player and good listener who exudes a sincere curiosity about other people and willing to work in a hands-on way with full team to help grow the organization.

Excellent organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.

A detail oriented, analytical thinker.

Experience with program design and / or development a plus.

Exemplary project management skills with ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Very comfortable learning new technology and systems.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Adept at using Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Docs), Microsoft Office (Access, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel) and Salesforce.

Some knowledge of Canva, and Wix preferred.
