ResponsibilitiesExceptional concept generationCreative problem solving in any mediumExcellent communication skillsEffective mentorship of more junior members of their team and our agencyPartnership with other departments to integrate creative ideas into a full campaignAbility to organize project teams in partnership with the project management teamHands-on ability to create files from scratch using Adobe Creative Suite including but not limited to : mock-ups, storyboards, graphicsAbility to present and sell through ideas, creative strategy and creative rational, both internally and externallyEnsuring A+ campaign / creative quality throughout the team and the work they managePartnership with outside vendors to ensure creative qualityAbility to prepare for, plan and attend directing video and photoshootsRequirementsProficient in Photoshop, InDesign and IllustratorAfter Effects, Lightroom, HTML / CSS a plus but not necessary.
