POSITION DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE :
High-touch, member service representatives will be responsible for providing effective phone communication to strengthen the relationship between large professional associations and their members.
Projects include contacting existing members to reactivate their membership, renew their continued education subscription materials, create benefit awareness, boost conference registration, and for marketing feedback purposes i.
e., find out why members decide not to participate.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Place outgoing calls to members of professional and trade associations
- Meet weekly project goals
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Handle member queries and concerns
- Maintain accurate record coding, filing systems, call log and time sheets
- Update all necessary member contact and payment information accurately
- Manage double-checks when requested on specified projects
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Identify and communicate project trends with team members and management
- Work proactively with other team members to develop solutions to problems as they arise
