We are growing and seeking an RN Supervisor to join our team for Alternating Weekends (Sat & Sun.)
Elm Terrace Gardens is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in the heart of Lansdale PA.
Every Other weekend : 7 : 00 am-7 : 00 pm (12 hr. shifts)
RN Supervisor Responsibilities :
- Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients
- Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
- Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
- Administer medications and wound treatments
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
- Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
- Supervise LPN's, CNAs on your shift
Experience and Skills :
Qualifications :
- RN license in good standing in the state of PA
- Manager experience preferred
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability and commitment to work as part of a team to provide excellence of care

12 hr. Shift, 7a-7p both days
Weekly schedule :
- Saturday and Sunday Evenings (7am to 7pm)
- Every Other weekend (alternating weekends)

Lansdale, PA 19446 : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Required Experience :
Nursing : 2 years (Preferred)
Required License / Certification :
