Company Overview : A leading environmental inspection services company is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC) to join their team.
The company specializes in delivering top-notch service to clients while adhering strictly to regulatory standards. We primarily focus on testing single-family homes in the Orange County, San Diego & Los Angeles areas.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct 2-3 inspections daily in the Orange County and San Diego areas.
- Review reports compiled by the CAC assistant to ensure accuracy before distribution.
- Provide technical guidance on environmental inspections.
- Advise on regulatory compliance and updates.
- Identify and explore opportunities for company growth and expansion.

Additional Certifications Needed :
Lead Inspector / Assessor Certification
Compensation :
- Annual Salary : $125,000 - $135,000

Qualifications :
- Current CAC certification in California
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in asbestos consulting and environmental inspections
- Strong knowledge of California regulations related to asbestos and lead
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
