Representative (CSR) to join our office staff.
Now Hiring : CSR (Office Staff)
As a CSR, youll be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for answering phones and scheduling appointments.
Were seeking someone who excels at customer service, enjoys helping people, and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and attention to detail are essential!
Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Schedule service appointments efficiently using our internal system.
- Provide information and answer questions regarding our HVAC services.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and appointments.
- Assist with basic office duties to support our team.
Job Details :
- Type : Full-time
- Pay : Competitive, based on experience

Requirements :
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
