Position Overview

This position plays a critical role in driving operational excellence and executive efficiency across the organization. This role blends high-level executive support with team coordination to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives and day-to-day business rhythms for the Go-To-Market organization.

Primary Responsibilities

Executive Support Responsibilities :

  • Proactively manage and optimize executive calendar to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Design and develop compelling slide decks for key internal meetings, including GTM leadership team sessions and All-Hands meetings
  • Own GTM Leadership meeting documentation and action tracking, ensuring alignment and follow-through on commitments
  • Coordinate and prepare travel logistics, including milestone planning and briefing materials.
  • Support rewards and recognition efforts, ensuring timely and meaningful acknowledgment of individual and team achievements.
  • Coordinate the reporting and tracking of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and other executive-level reports to support strategic visibility and decision-making.

GTM Team Support Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate the development of All Hands meeting agendas and presentation materials, ensuring input from key stakeholders.
  • Maintain and organize the rhythm of the business, including recurring meetings, planning cycles, and key deliverables.
  • Provide onsite support for critical team meetings and events, ensuring smooth execution and high-impact experiences.
  • Partner with the Events team to plan, coordinate, and execute the annual GTM Summit, ensuring a seamless experience that fosters alignment, collaboration, and engagement across the department.
  • Manage the budget andprovide strategic oversight for the GTM Social Committee, ensuring successful planning and execution of team initiatives and events.
  • Education and Experience

  • High school diploma required, degree preferred
  • 3+ years demonstrated work experience
  • Possess excellent communication skills with an ability to respond with professionalism in verbal and written communications with all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in MS Office Suite, specifically Word, PPT, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to demonstrate analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and discernment skills
  • Ability to demonstrate organization, project management, and planning skills
  • Demonstrated history of completion of complex projects, and manage through competing priorities
  • Ability to perform with confidence, and work well at all levels of an organization in and cross functional team environment
  • Physical requirements
  • Ability to sit for extended periods : The role requires sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods, typically 7-8 hours a day.
  • Use of computer and phone systems : The employee must be able to operate a computer, use phone systems, and type. This includes using multiple software programs and inquiries simultaneously.

    The base pay range for this position is $43,200 - $60,000 / yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position offers a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
