Job Title : Content Creator

Location : New Orleans, French Quarter

Job Summary : We are looking for a talented Content Creator to produce high-quality visual content for use across the company’s digital and marketing channels.

This role will involve working both in our headquarters and photography studio to create a variety of assets, including styled flat lays, on-model photography, and product shots for our e-commerce site.

You’ll be responsible for producing batch content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns while collaborating with our creative team to ensure that our brand's voice and vision are conveyed in every piece of content.

Key Responsibilities :

• Batch Content Creation :
• Capture and produce batch content at our headquarters and photography studio for use across company-wide platforms.
• Create stylish, fully composed Outfit Flat Lays that reflect current fashion trends and resonate with our target audience.
• Develop on-model content for Social Media channels, including Reels , Photos , and other trending formats to enhance engagement.
• Capture E-Commerce Photography to ensure product listings are visually appealing and optimized for the online shopping experience.
• Creative Collaboration : Work closely with the Art Director, Marketing Designer, and Marketing Manager to ensure that content aligns with brand guidelines and creative direction.
• Project Management : Manage content-related tasks in Basecamp, helping to organize and track projects to completion within deadlines.
• Process Updates : Assist in documenting and updating internal marketing processes on Trainual, ensuring all processes are well-maintained and accessible to the team.

Requirements :

Photography & Videography Skills : Must have a strong understanding of both camera and iPhone photography and videography.

Knowledge of lighting and composition techniques is essential.

• Styling Experience : Experience in fashion styling is preferred, with the ability to create visually appealing and cohesive outfit compositions for flat lays and on-model shoots.
• Indoor & Outdoor Content Creation : Comfortable capturing content in both studio settings and outdoor environments, ensuring versatility in content creation.
• Attention to Detail : A keen eye for detail, with the ability to capture content that highlights product features and brand aesthetics.
• Software Proficiency : Familiarity with content creation tools, as well as experience with project management platforms like Basecamp and Trainual.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Previous experience working in fashion or retail.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your content creation, styling, and photography skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
