Position Overview for Certified Medication Aide (CMA) :

We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to assist our residents with their daily living activities while ensuring their medical needs are met.

Key Responsibilities as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) :

• Medication Administration : Administer medications to residents according to their service plans and monitor for any side effects.
• Personal Care Support : Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility, promoting their dignity and independence.
• Documentation : Accurately document residents' health statuses and any changes, adhering to community standards and regulations.
• Emotional Support : Provide emotional and social support to residents, fostering a warm and welcoming environment.
• Safety and Compliance : Follow all health and safety regulations and community standards to ensure the well-being of residents.

Experience and Education Requirements :

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience in healthcare or a related field preferred.
• Certification as a Med Tech / Medication Aide or equivalent licensure (CNA or CHHA) required.
• Must be able to obtain any required food handling and sanitation certifications.
