Allegiance Staffing is seeking experienced Fabricators skilled in TIG and MIG welding to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a background in tank building, pressure vessels, mink welding, and plasma welding, with a solid understanding of circumference, degrees, and other welding processes.
This position requires the ability to read blueprints and work efficiently on a first-shift schedule.Key Responsibilities :
- Perform TIG and MIG welding tasks.
- Construct tanks, pressure vessels, and other structures as required.
- Utilize mink welding and plasma welding techniques.
- Understand and apply welding processes including circumference and degrees.
- Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications :
- Experience : 3-5 years of experience in welding and fabrication.Proven experience in tank building, pressure vessels, mink welding, and plasma welding.
- Skills : Proficient in TIG and MIG welding.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Knowledge of welding processes including circumference and degrees.
- Requirements : Clean drug screen (D / S).Clean background check (B / G).Must own steel-toe boots.Must wear long pants and long sleeves.
Compensation :
Pay Rate : $21-$35 per hour, based on experience.
Work Schedule :
- Shift : 1st shift, 6 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm, Monday-Thursday.
- Overtime : Available on Fridays.
- Training : 7 : 00 am - 3 : 30 pm during the first two weeks.
Work Environment :
- Not climate controlled; small heaters are available during winter.
