Qualifications : Required :
Required :
- High School / GED
- Currently or willing to register with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and have an Oklahoma State license. (Must achieve registration within the first 6 months of eligibility or hire date.
- Comfortable with managing and coordinating activities of the Food & Nutrition Services department at multiple locations
- Knowledge for use of different formula's when assessing patient's nutritional needs
- Completion of general and patient care orientation is required prior to providing patient care
Preferred :
- Currently or willing to obtain a food handler's permit from Cleveland County Health Department before hire (or within one week of hire)
- 6 months of clinical experience in an acute care facility
Overview :
As a Clinical Dietitian at our client, you will provide high-quality nutrition care to patients and guests. You will manage and coordinate the activities of the Food & Nutrition Services department, lead teams, and specialize in patient-centered projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manages and coordinates the activities of the Food & Nutrition Services department at all locations to ensure quality services.
- Serves as subject matter expert and coordinates process improvement projects
- Leads teams and establishes deliverables to provide innovative culinary solutions.
- Specializes in the planning, management, and execution of patient-centered projects
- Responsible for assisting the Director with implementing and recommending strategies to meet the health system's strategic plan.
Schedule and Shift Details :
- Typically, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
