What You Will Be Doing

As a Assembly Supervisor (Level 3) you will be responsible for :

• Supervising employees who put together component parts to make assemblies, subassemblies, or completed units.
• Coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition / disciplinary actions.

• Background of 5yrs experience needed for this position.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5yrs experience working within manufacturing environment.
• Thorough knowledge of the manufacturing process.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Superior verbal / written skills and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills a must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint). Ability to read and interpret blueprints
