Key Responsibilities :

Job Duties

• Support Lean Manufacturing and 5s initiatives to achieve a workplace that is clean, uncluttered, safe, and well organized to help reduce waste and optimize productivity
• Follow documented and verbal directions, on-the-job training, written job instructions, and standard operating procedures
• Safely meet established efficiency goals such as throughput and quality of work
• Report delays, shortages, and other production issues through chain of command as needed
• Accurately complete forms and documentation such as production travelers and process logs
• Ability to operate several different processes
• Ensure machines are clean and operating within standard operating parameters
• Operate mechanical and / or computer-controlled production machinery safely and efficiently
• Accurately monitor machine parameters to ensure quality and productivity
• Conduct daily equipment checks and preventative maintenance as required
• Maintain 97% of expected throughput
• All other duties as assigned

This position requires use of information and data which is subject to US Export Regulations, including but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), 22 C.F.R. 120 et seq., and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), 15 C.F.R. 730 et seq. The hours for this position are Monday - Thursday, 5 a.m. - 3 : 30 p.m.
