What You'll Do :
The Treasury Director will be a leader and change-agent, overseeing, managing and planning the company's cash activity and investment performance on a daily basis.
Additionally, this role will drive operational improvements for critical activities, including cash and liquidity management, short-term investments, foreign exchange and hedge execution (when needed) and managing our strategic banking relationships.
What You'll Be Working On :
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with our banks, with a critical eye pointed towards mitigation of concentration risk and fee management
- Develop, enhance and implement standardized daily, monthly and quarterly cash forecasting models
- Oversee and manage cash management activities, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity management
- Develop and implement key liquidity and financial metrics to monitor, report and drive performance
- Oversee and manage and enhance the investment strategy and portfolio, including recommendations for investment purchases, execution and settlement of purchases
- Assist in understanding and managing credit facilities, including optimizing terms and conditions when needed
- Ensure ongoing compliance of credit facilities, including the timely submission of quarterly attestations
- Present potential hedging strategies to mitigate risks associated with interest rates and foreign exchange
- Assist in the execution of our capital allocation strategies
Must Haves :
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Treasury and / or FP&A related positions
- Effective at leading and influencing across all levels of seniority, and to think creatively and identify innovative solutions
- Ability to quickly problem solve and identify opportunities, quickly
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal
- Strong data analytical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of monetary markets, interest rate markets, investment strategies and hedging strategies
Location :
New York, New York (Monday - Thursday in office; Friday remote)
Salary Range :
$200,000 - $225,000
