  • Sales Manager – In-Home Sales Team Location : Greater Philadelphia Area About Blissful Baths : Blissful Baths is experiencing rapid growth, fueled by a steady stream of high-quality leads.
  • We specialize in luxury bathroom remodels, delivering top-tier products and expert craftsmanship.
  • To support our continued expansion, we’re seeking a results-driven Selling Sales Manager to lead our In-Home Sales Team.

Role Summary :

  • As a Selling Sales Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of revenue growth—leading a team of In-Home Sales Representatives while also engaging directly in the sales process.
  • This dual-role position combines strategic leadership with active fieldwork, training, and sales support.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and evaluate appointments scheduled by the Inside Sales Team Accompany sales reps on in-home appointments for training and performance support Assist in live sales calls and help close deals when necessary Track team metrics and drive achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Conduct cancel-save appointments to recover at-risk opportunities Partner with the Rehash Manager to follow up and close unresolved leads Lead ongoing training and development sessions for the sales team Establish and communicate clear sales goals aligned with company objectives Qualifications : 5+ years of proven success in in-home sales, preferably in the 1-Day Bathroom Remodeling sector Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or sales management position Strong ability to coach, motivate, and lead high-performing sales teams Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Proficient with technology—iPad presentations, CRM systems, and digital contracts Ready to lead a team with strong momentum and even greater potential?
