Honeywell is seeking a Material Handler to utilize your logisticsknowledge & expertise in a manufacturing environment. You will assist inthe execution of the below duties : utilizing warehouse management techniques tosupport shipping, and logistics coordination of carriers for both internationaland domestic orders but not limited and include, including receipts andinspections of goods, inventory control, nonconforming inventory management, materialhandling & packaging for warehousing, and management system.
Material Handler must have a high level of organization, time management, and attention todetail to prioritize the organization's daily operations and workflow to ensurethat deadlines are met with maximum product quality.
All members comply withcompany policies and maintain a high level of safety. You will follow standardwork and operating procedures to ensure those duties are fulfilled and goalsare met.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process Material Movements Physically and Systematically
- Receive and Process Inbound and Outbound Material per Customer and Honeywell Requirements
- Inspect and Test Incoming Materials per Required Guidelines
- Pick and Put-away Materials to Respective Staging and Stockroom Locations
- Complete Cycle Counts, Shelf-Life Management and Other Warehouse Health Functions
- Manage Transactions for Nonconforming Material Physically and Systematically
- Initiate and Close Quality Notifications for Nonconforming Material
- Contact Suppliers for RMAs for Nonconforming Material
- Create and Fund Return POs for Nonconforming Material
- Create IDO, Production Hardware, Bulk Stock and Other Required Purchase Orders for Commercial and Defense Factories
- Identify and Manage Problem Shelf Materials for Receiving, Inspection, Stockroom and Shipping
- Coordinate Material Drop Off and Pickup with Freight Carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.)
- Complete 5S and Other HOS Activities per the Logistics MOS.
- Perform SAP Transactions and comprehend work instructions and job aids
- Participate in Annual Physical Inventory and Other Inventory Control Tasks
- Assist in Any Logistics Task as Needed
- Participate in Team / Tier Meetings
- Meet FAA and ISO Requirements

You Must Have :
- Ability to Drive a Forklift, Certification is a Plus
- Ability to Stand, Walk, Bend, Extend, Reach, and Twist for Long Periods of Time.Work overtime as needed
- Crouch, Kneel and Stand Regularly Throughout Shifts.Must be able to lift at least 35 lbs.
- Must be Able to Use Microsoft Office Tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.)
