You’ll develop advanced machine learning models for applications such as voice recognition, text-to-speech (TTS), speech-to-text (STT), and image analysis, all aimed at enhancing our digital solutions for law firms.

Your responsibilities will include seamlessly integrating these machine learning models into our existing systems to optimize performance and deliver outstanding results.

You’ll also stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning research, incorporating new insights into our projects to ensure our solutions remain innovative and effective.

Working with a forward-thinking team, you’ll play a crucial role in refining models and achieving the highest levels of accuracy and usability.

Location : Onsite 5-days a week (Woodland Hills, CA)

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop Machine Learning Models : Design and build advanced machine learning models and algorithms.
• Optimize Performance : Train and fine-tune models to ensure high performance and accuracy.
• Integration : Seamlessly integrate machine learning models into our existing systems.
• Solution Development : Work on applications including voice recognition, text-to-speech (TTS), speech-to-text (STT), scoring systems, image extraction, and similarity detection.
• Testing & Validation : Conduct thorough testing and validation of models to enhance effectiveness.
• Stay Current : Keep up with the latest in machine learning research and technology, applying new findings to projects.
• Documentation & Collaboration : Document your work comprehensively and collaborate effectively with the team.

Qualifications :

• Programming Skills : Proficient in Python, Java or C#
• Cloud Platforms : Experience with Azure or AWS.
• Machine Learning Knowledge : Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and neural networks.
• LLM Experience : Experience working with large language models (LLMs), including their development, training, and deployment.
• Data Tools : Proficient in using Pandas, NumPy, and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• AI Frameworks : Experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Analytical Skills : Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Backend Development : Familiarity with backend development, microservices, and system integration.
• Education : Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.

Base Salary : $90k - $120k
