Pay Rate : $23 per hour

Shift : 1st shift - Part time (8am-5pm Monday-Tuesday + 1 other day of your choice)

What's a typical day as a Payroll Specialist at Heid Music? You'll be :

• Managing payroll processes and maintaining accurate records within our HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
• Ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing while upholding compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Collaborating with the Human Resources team to provide excellent customer service to employees.
• Assisting with benefits administration and other HR-related tasks as needed.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you :

• Have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Have a minimum of two years of experience in payroll administration and HRIS management.
• Have a solid understanding of payroll regulations and payroll tax laws.
• Are proficient in payroll software and HRIS platforms.
• Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing.
