Prospect and initiate new business sales Answer the phone Active New Jersey P&C License required. 2+ years of experience in an independent insurance agency, including both personal and commercial lines. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate Proficiency in agency management systems (EZLynx, Applied, TAM, or similar).
