Position Overview
The purpose of this role is to have oversight and management of Customer Service, Procurement, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
This role will need to assist with negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors. The Administrative Manager will act as liaison between the employee and upper management and organize the workplace so that the workflow is streamlined.
This is position needs to be able to Build a Team with proven track record.
- Customer service 33%
- Handling data entry of customer
- Cross-training between companies on customer service
- Handling customers service call and inquiries from customers and intercompany
- Provide exceptional customer service to both team members and customer
- Work closely with the Warehouse, Customer Service, Accounting and Sales
- Understanding each department functionality and how these effects
- Accounting Admin 33%
- Working with our Accounting firm and
- Management of Accounts receivable and accounts
- Reconciling banking transactions and account for Business, Merchant, and Payroll
- Entering journal entries as provided by Management and or Accounting
- Inventory Control to eliminate costly losses with Variances and
- Work closely with management, employees and suppliers to develop ways of improving the quality of materials and reducing overall
- Reducing AVG monthly Inventory Value & Costs of Goods Sold as a %.
- Development of Purchasing Analysis with Management to meet Annual Goals
- Procurement 33%
- Obtain price quotes; place purchase orders; receive goods into
- Resolve discrepancies between purchase order, purchase receipt and purchase
- Maintain historical records of items purchased, prices, delivery and shipping
- Negotiate pricing with current suppliers and find new suppliers to improve quality and price pricing on new and current
- Confer with new suppliers to seek out more cost-efficient products while establishing and maintaining a supplier relationship with those suppliers who are worthy of a long-term
- Provide volume forecasts to suppliers to ensure future supply needs can be met and to negotiate price
- Take corrective action with suppliers for defective or damaged materials and communicate with materials management to determine and control conditions of goods and
- Maintain manual and / or automated purchase records for requested materials, costs, deliveries, quality and performance, and inventories for audit
