The Quality Assurance Associate I is an entry-level position responsible for assisting the Quality Department in the overseeing and execution of quality standards of product.

What You Do
- Checks and processes returns.
- Keeps Summer Classics and Gabby parts inventory organized.
- Conducts new product inspections and creates inspection tickets.
- Performs weekly inbound quality assurance audits with assigned quality assurance team member.
- Reduces NFQ section in main warehouse by transferring goods to Montevallo warehouse.
- Attends weekly Gabby customer service meeting.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months in quality-related position required.
- Forklift certified or ability to be certified within one week of hire.
- Ability to use various electrical tools, order picker, manual hand truck.
- Exceptional hand-eye coordination and detail-oriented.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical and organized.
- Good computer skills including Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Good attendance and demonstrated work ethic required.
