As a Data Analytics Partner specializing in people analytics, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing HR-related data to provide insights that inform talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development strategies.
Working closely with HR professionals, business leaders, and data scientists, you will leverage data to drive HR excellence and support our organizational goals.
REPORTING OF THE ROLE
This role reports to the Global People Data & Analytics Director and will require the support of regional team members to execute the data and analytics strategy.
MEASURES OF SUCCESS :
IN THREE MONTHS
- Understand and build an inventory of data requirements for in-flight Global programs and other People CoVs.
- Partner with data owners and system administrators to identify sources systems for critical data elements.
IN SIX MONTHS
- Create an intake process for people data requests from client teams and teams outside of the People function.
- Provide expert input on the roadmap to mature the Data & Analytics capability.
- Support change management efforts to improve the adoption of Global People Data Solution 2.0 data elements.
IN 12 MONTHS
- Support the global Data Management Program on data governance and data quality efforts.
- Network with CoV leads / CPOs to establish data standards aligned with the Workday team.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to fully understand, define and document business requirements for reporting and / or process changes through a variety of means focusing on medium to high complexity projects, processes, and functional areas of the People Data initiatives.
- Develop data management and governance initiatives, define Data Retention strategy and objectives while enabling business values.
- Develop and maintain data strategies, standards, and dashboards to visualize HR metrics and KPIs, enabling stakeholders to monitor workforce trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and deep dives into HR data to answer specific business questions and provide actionable insights to HR leaders and business partners.
- Collaborate with HR professionals and business stakeholders to define key HR metrics and reporting requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in HR data that have implications for talent acquisition, retention, engagement, and development initiatives.
- Translate technical analytics findings into clear and compelling narratives that resonate with HR professionals and business leaders, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in people analytics, HR technology, and data analysis, applying new insights to enhance HR analytics capabilities.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS :
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst, with a focus on analyzing HR-related data and providing insights to support HR strategies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools methodologies for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
- Familiarity / exposure to Workday or similar HCM system is preferred.
- Experience working with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms for developing interactive dashboards and visualizations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality analyses and insights that drive business impact.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $75,000 to $180,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications.
