Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Video Content Programmer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and a strong passion for video content, particularly TV.
Key Responsibilities :
- Curate and schedule engaging video content across platforms to maximize viewer engagement.
- Utilize CMS tools effectively to manage and organize video assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creators and marketing, to develop content strategies.
- Analyze performance metrics to assess content effectiveness and make informed decisions.
- Stay current with popular titles from both network and streaming services, including hidden gems and fan favorites.
- Provide editorial insights on what audiences should be watching and why.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in video content programming or a related field.
- Proficiency with CMS tools; familiarity with AirTable and Wrike is a plus.
- A keen eye for detail and an ability to thrive under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Passionate about TV and video content, with a broad understanding of various genres.
