Position : Lead Vinyl Graphics Installer

Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Vinyl Graphics Installer. This role requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional time management skills, and the ability to produce and install vinyl graphics to the highest standards.

You will primarily be performing vinyl wraps on commercial vehicles and fleets. (Flexible Hours)

Primary Duties :

• Project Execution : Collaborate with our team to schedule and efficiently execute approved projects.
• Time Management : Communicate estimated time frames to ensure we stay on target with our deadlines.
• Installation : Install vinyl graphics with a focus on professional completion.
• Mobile Installations : Perform mobile installations as needed, ensuring uncompromised quality. Coordinate with the shop for space when necessary and ensure optimal conditions for vehicle wrapping.

Inform the team if any conditions jeopardize quality and make adjustments as needed.

• Vehicle Decommissioning : Efficiently handle the decommissioning of vehicles with existing graphics, preparing surfaces and removing graphics to ensure the best outcome for new wraps.
• Prep of Vehicle -
• Training and Support : Communicate any challenges or discomfort with jobs to work together on finding suitable training or solutions.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional vinyl installer
• Proven experience in vinyl installation
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Drivers License (clean driving record)

Bonus Qualifications :

• Large Format Printing : Produce high-quality prints with meticulous attention to detail (Roland VG-540)
• Experience w / Print Software (Versaworks)
• Large Format Laminating
• Certifications for Vinyl Installation in 3M or Avery Denison
• Graphic Design
