Hiring for 1st and 2nd shift Production Technicians in Middletown, Ct!
1st shift : 7am 3 : 30pm
2nd shift : 3 : 30pm 12am
Salary : $ 20-$22 per hour
Responsibilities for Production Technician :
Set up and operation of weighing equipment, blender(s), encapsulation equipment, capsule dedusting equipment, packaging line equipment;
filling / counting machine, heat sealer and labeler.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in compliance with housekeeping safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements
- Perform all weighing, blending, encapsulation, capsule dedusting and packaging functions.
- Perform all cleaning operations associated with weighing, blending, encapsulation, capsule dedusting packaging line and the packaging areas.
- Follow and complete weighing, blending, encapsulation, capsule dedusting and packaging duties as described in the batch production record.
- Record all required information on the batch production record and appropriate logs.
Qualifications for Production Technician :
Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
Must have the ability to be a team player; problem solve and collaborate with other employees / departments
Must possess basic math and computer skills
Punctual and reliable work attendance
