DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
Salary $95,000- $115,000
Position is fully on-site in Pittsburgh, PA.

OVERVIEW OF THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE ROLE :
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability.
- The Director of Finance will manage day-to-day accounting functions, including payroll, accounts payable / receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic financial plans that align with the organization's mission.
- The Director of Finance will ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and audit requirements, maintaining transparency and accountability.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering professional development and high-performance standards.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR DIRECTOR OF FINANCE :
- B.S. degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- CPA a plus
- Management experience
